Dr. Purva is incredibly talented, she listens to patient very thoroughly and prescribes the course of treatment accordingly - medicine or ayurvedic therapies.
Mr. Deepak is also very helpful and provides the medicine accordingly. He also arranges for home delivery of ayurvedic medicine which are difficult to find in Kolkata.
